Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 63–Photocopy of the document was allowed as secondary evidence–Photocopy is neither the certified copy nor it is a copy made from original by the mechanical process which ensures the accuracy of the copy–Impugned order is liable to be set aside up to the extent of allowing the photocopy as secondary evidence.
