Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 14–Application for taking certain documents on record–Rejection of–Matter is pending at the stage of evidence of plantiff and if the documents as sought to be taken on record are permitted, would not prejudice the case of defendants–Defendants would have the liberty to cross-examine the plaintiff’s witnesses on the said documents and even to file documents by moving an appropriate application for this purpose–Application deserves to be allowed.
