Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302/34–Conviction–Appellant no. 1 stopped the two deceased after which appellant no. 2 assaulted the deceased B with a sharp-edged weapon and appellant no. 3 chased the deceased M and brutally assaulted him–Some prior dispute with regard to money–M was dragged by
the accused persons to the place where B was lying motionless–Sufficient evidence as regards to common intention–Held, conviction was justified.
