Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406 & 120–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing with the contention that it is purely a contractual matter–Allegations have been levelled against all accused-persons to hatch the conspiracy and grab the money of complainant–Merits of accusation and truthfulness of allegations is not to be examined at this stage–Criminal law can also be set at motion when there are allegations that accused persons dishonestly cheated and defrauded the complainant in order to gain benefits and to put complainant at a loss by hatching conspiracy–No case is made out for quashing the FIR.
