Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Death sentence–Appellants are incarcerated in prison since the year 2013–Though the act of appellants was heinous and brutal, the reformative theory has to be given precedence over the capital punishment–Present case does not satisfy the requirements for awarding the extreme death penalty–Commuted up to the life imprisonment which shall ensure till the natural life of appellants without any possibility of permanent parole/premature release.
