Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 209–Direction of dispensing the procedure as required u/s. 209–High Court exceeded the jurisdiction in issuing the direction even though the direction was issued to get amended the provisions of Cr.P.C. without impleading the Central Govt. as the party of the writ petition.
