Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012–Sec. 29–Presumption under–Scope for drawing–Where a person is prosecuted for violating any of the provisions u/ss. 3, 5, 7 & 9, the special court shall presume that such person has committed the offence unless the contrary is proved.
