review petitioners and the new khasra numbers thereof were 3849–Conclusion of BOR that the Settlement Commissioner without any basis merely on assumptions or inference that the acquisition of land of the khasra no. 1919/1 was result of typographical error–Land of 1919/1/2 was never acquired–Apparent error on record–Held, BOR rightly allowed the review petition.
