Indian Succession Act, 1925–Secs. 63 & 384–Will–Genuineness of–All the witnesses identified their respective signatures and thumb impressions and stated as to how the said Will was executed by the deceased–Plaintiff discharged his initial burden of proving the execution of will as per the requirements of Sec. 63 of Act–Merely because the spcing of last two-three lines is less than the earlier lines of said writing is not sufficient to hold the will ungenuine–Nothing on record to suggest that the deceased was not in sound state of mind–Held, the Will executed by deceased is held genuine.
