Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Scope for granting the temporary injunction–Where it is proved by affidavit or otherwise that the defendant threatens or intends to dispossess the plaintiff or cause injury to his legal rights, the Court may grant a temporary injunction to restrain such dispossession/injury in relation to such property in dispute.
