Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 183-B & 185–Order of eviction–Matter was addressed by Tehsildar to police aid for ousting the petitioners from the land and to restore the possession of respondent–Revision against–Dismissed by BOR on the ground of having non-maintainable–Instant writ petition–Rejection of revision by BOR was perfectly legal as the order of police aid was purely administrative in nature–Further, the plea of petitioner that the respondent was required to take recourse of provisions of Sec. 185 for compliance of order passed u/s. 183-B, is also found baseless–Negated–Tehsildar is directed to restore the possession of respondent within one month.
