Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Sec. 9–Sangam University Bhilwara Act, 2012–Sec. 3(2)–Direction to execute the documents for vesting the land of the trust as mentioned in Schedule I in terms of Sec. 3(2) of the Act–Sustainability–Petitioner is a charitable trust and sponsoring body of the University–Section 3(2) of the University Act provides that the land mentioned in Schedule I of the Act shall be vested in the University and the sponsoring body shall take steps for such vesting–Specific steps for vesting the land are not mentioned in the Act–Petitioner has taken the step by passing a resolution–Resolution itself may be a sufficient document and no other document is required to be executed–Impugned order is liable to be quashed.
