Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 8, Rule 9–Permission for granting the replication of reply in objection petition was denied on the ground of delay and absence of provision for filing the replication–Justification–Delay is evident from the applications which were filed after the matter was fixed for leding evidence–Further, once the application under Order 21, Rule 99 is entertained, the provisions of Order 8, Rule 9 would be applicable–Held, Tribunal wrongly dismissed the application.
