Cancellation of sale deed–Suit for–Dismissed–Appreciation of–Sale deed was executed by a husband of plaintiff in favour of defendant’s father–Ground of plaintiff that the land was gair khatedari land–Therefore, the sale deed executed by P was void–P obtained the khatedari rights after execution of sale deed–However, no objection was raised till 22 years–M purchased the land bonafide and paid the consideration–Plaintiff was present at the time of execution of sale deed and she received the amount of consideration–Ground has taken by her that the fact of execution of sale deed came in her knowledge in the year 2005, is not tenable–Held, no interference is required in the impugned decree of trial Court.
