Rent Control & Eviction–Denial from title–Tenant denied from the title of land-lord because of pendency of civil suit between the land-lord and other person–Further, he immediately rushed towards Rent Controller for depositing the rent when he received the notice from land-lord–It was indicative of this fact that he was bonafide tenant–Plea of denial from title was legitimately available to him and it was not a ground for eviction.
