Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 302/34 & 325–Conviction–Proper Section–Deceased sustained eighteen injuries–Injuries were caused by six persons–Out of them four persons have been acquitted and one has died during the pendency of appeal–Deceased was under influence of liquor and attempted to outrage the modesty of V & S–Appellant exceeded the right of private defence and caused injuries–Case would fall under Exception of Sec. 300–Conviction altered u/s. 304 Pt I.
