Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Amendment in plaint–Prayer for–Rejected–Petitioner sought to mention the correct location of his house on the ground that the respondent have specifically mentioned in the written statement that his house is in khasra no. 766 which is a charnot land–If the petitioner succeeds to show that the location of his house is in khasra no. 770 and not in khasra no. 766, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents–Amendment deserves to be allowed.
