Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406, 457, 380 & 120-B–FIR for the offence–Sustainability–FIR was lodged after the delay of 4-5 months–Complainant stated in FIR that the petitioner took the goods of Rs. 1,57,78,771/- but he did not submit any document during the Investigation regarding these goods–Investigating Officer found the case of civil nature–FIR is not bonafide and it was lodged to harass and humiliate the petitioner–Quashed.
