Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 8, Rule 1(A)–Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 106–Application for producing the certified copies of the documents of earlier proceedings–Rejection of–Suit is under the provisions of Sec. 106 of T. P. Act and nothing is more required to be gone into except valid or proper service of the notice–Merely because the reference of these documents has been made, the same cannot be said to be required for the disposal of suit–Application was filed to protract the proceedings–Held, it was rightly rejected.
