Motor Accident Claims–Compensation–Enhancement–Death case–Award of Rs. 9,45,000/- –High Court enhanced it up to Rs. 12,04,000/- –Deceased was vegetable vendor –Some bills were produced showing purchase of bulk vegetables–Claimants cannot be expected to produce other documents like books of account, vouchers, invoices, etc.–It would be proper to enhance the monthly income of deceased from Rs. 6,500/- to 8,000/- per month–High Court reduced the amount in conventional heads from Rs. 1,35,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- –Each of the claimant is entitled to get Rs. 40,000/- for loss of consortium–Rate of interest also deserves to be enhanced from 6% per annum to 9% per annum–Award enhanced accordingly.
