Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958–Sec. 6–Maintainability of writ petition through the secretary of the society in absence of resolution of the Managing Committee–As per provisions of Sec. 6, every society may sue or be sued in the name or in the name of the chairman or the secretary or trustee thereof–In absence of specific resolution, the writ petition by the society through its secretary is maintainable.
