Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 6–Determination of interim rent 15% @ increase after every three years–As per rent note, rent was Rs. 760/- per month in year 2001–Trial Court considered the rent receipts, rent note and the facts of case–Interference declined.
