Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498A, 406 & 323–Criminal proceedings–Sustainable against whom–Petitioner nos. 3 & 4 are the married sister-in-law and her husband–Criminal proceedings qua them are liable to be quashed–Petitioner nos. 1 & 2 are the father-in-law and mother-in-law aged 51 & 58 years–Allegations levelled against them are omnibus in nature–Alleged offence do not provide punishment of more than three years–Provisions of Sec. 41A, Cr.P.C. apply squarely–Ordered accordingly.
