Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Sec. 2(9) & 18(2)–Locus of the Jaipur Shahar Hindu Vikas Samiti in the functions of the Trust–Instant matter pertains to a holi site which is visited by innumerable persons on several occasions, wherein the visitors/bhakts take holi baths in the kunds–Jaipur Shahar Hindu Vikas Samiti and Ramsharan Das can be reckoned as entities having a direct interest in Thikana Galta Ji–They were permitted to participate in the hearing in the earlier occasion before this Court and such was never contested by the petitioners–Further, the petitioners gave the consent for granting the permission of hearing to Jaipur Shahar Hindu Vikas Samiti in that proceedings–Such consent automatically precludes the petitioners from raising the objection of locus standi.
