Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012–Sec. 7–Construction of Section–Two parts-
(i) The first part of the Section mentions the act of touching the special sexual parts of the body with sexual intent,
(ii) The second part mentions any other act done with sexual intent which involves physical contact without penetration.
