Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13(1)(ia)–Cruelty–Scope–Denial of sex is an act of cruelty–Though the respondent-husband did not plead so in the petition for granting the divorce, yet it is the duty of Court to what evidence surfaces and to decide whether the matrimonial bond has to continue or requires to be snapped.
