Criminal Jurisprudence–Right to travel abroad–Trial Court dismissed the application for granting the permission with the view that the petitioner has not placed any document on the record–Now the petitioner has placed two letters which indicate that the presence of petitioner in Singapore and Dubai is required for the business meetings–This Court is required to draw the balance between the rights of accused and prosecution–Permission granted subject to certain conditions.
