Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 407–Transfer of criminal case –When can be ordered?–Held, case can be transferred if a very strong case is made out on concrete material–Transfer of case should not be on the say of a party–Such would be the demoralizing effect on the trial Courts.
