Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 26–Ex-parte order as regard to granting the custody of daughters to father–Girls are living with their mother since year 2012–They are being looked after properly in the house of maternal grand father–Assertion of respondent-husband that the petitioner-wife is living in adultery with one ‘N’ is found wrong–Where the children are settled in a given environment they should not be uprooted from the environment–Impugned judgment is set aside, however, the respondent-husband is granted the visitation rights.
