Constitution of India, 1950–Arts. 226/227–Scope–The order of BOR can be challenged in the High Court in writ jurisdiction and if the subject matter of the writ petition mentions both the articles, i.e. 226 and 227 then the same would not be mean that the writ petition cannot be entertained by the High Court.
