Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 84–While dealing with the revision against mutation, BOR exercised the powers like deciding the original suit of declaration, injunction, and possession–BOR quashed not only the judgment of the Collector but also the impugned mutation–Further, it directed to restore the possession to the persons in whose name the disputed land existed before the first sale deed dated 06.02.1962–BOR was required to see only that whether the order of Addl. Divisional Commissioner was legal or not–It was to consider that the order of remand passed by the Addl. Divisional Commissioner was justified on the issue of limitation–Impugned order is beyond the powers conferred u/s. 84 of the Act.
