Declaration & Permanent Injunction–Suit for–Dismissal of–Claim of the appellant as regard to ownership of property could not be established–He repeatedly wrote the letters to Municipal Board for the issue of patta–This fact is conclusive to hold that the land was not owned by him–Merely because he was dispossessed by the respondents before the expiry of the notice, cannot be a reason to have granted the decree of the permanent injunction–Interference declined.
