Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 100–Scope–Question of law has to be decided by the High Court in the exercise of the powers under Sec. 100 of CPC on a substantial question of law which can only be framed on an admitted fact–Such a question of law has to be decided only if it has got the effect of reversing the judgment and decree of the Lower Court.
