Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Order of restraining from making any construction change in the suit property–Appellant is living in premises peacefully–It means that the house should be properly constructed and liable–Construction can be allowed on his own risk and cost–However, the appellant cannot be allowed to make the construction by taking the bank loan and creating the third party rights in the property–Directed accordingly.
