Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Matter of visitation rights and permanent alimony–Custody of daughter to respondent-wife–Appellant is directed to pay Rs. 30 lakh towards alimony to respondent-wife and daughter with in a span of two and half years–Amount shall be paid in three installments of Rs. ten lakh.
