Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 52–Doctrine of lis pendens–If a property is transferred pendente lite and the transferor is held to have no right or title in the property, the transferee will not have any title to the property–In the instant case, sale deeds executed by respondent no. 1 in favour of respondent nos. 2 & 3 were null and void and these were liable to be cancelled.
