Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 or 309–Whether the death was suicide or homicidal ?–Deceased sustained the burn injuries on the head and back–If she had committed suicide by pouring kerosene, there would have been injuries on the chest–Consistent statements that some person caught hold the deceased and other accused poured the kerosene and lit fire–There could be no chance of pouring kerosene from the front side when the persons caught hold her hands–It is not the case of deceased that her hands were twisted by the backside of body–It is a case of homicidal injuries.
