Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 392–Conviction–Appreciation of–Case of circumstantial evidence–Appellants were seen at the village bathing pond, when the deceased went there for washing garments–Ornaments were recovered at their instance after arrest–Stone recovered from the spot was found with human blood of B group and same group of blood was recovered from the wearing clothes of appellant–Sniffer dog squad also indicated the appellant–Held, circumstances unirringly pointing towards the guilt of appellants–Conviction was justified.
