Limitation Act, 1963–Arts. 113, 18 & 55–Suit for recovery of money–Determination of limitation–Date of final payment would be the crucial date for determination of limitation–However, in the instant suit after receiving the final payment on 13.1.1981, plaintiff reiterated his claim for additional payment on various counts which was rejected on 06.11.1981–Limitation would be counted from 6.11.1981 in view of provisions of Art. 113–Suit was in limitation.
