Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land to Co-operative Societies) Rules, 1959–Rule 5–Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purpose) Rules, 1970–Rule 20 (As amended in year 2007)–Cancellation of allotment on the ground that majority of members of society have sold the land to others in violation of the Rules, no improvement is made over the land and plotting has been made in few areas–Samiti has gone in liquidation then the land stood resumed in the government–However, respondents are directed to consider the cases of only those who are entitled to the benefit of amended Rules 20 of Rules of 2007.
