Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 127–Enhancement in maintenance from the date of filing the application–Revisional Court modified the order and enhanced the maintenance from the date of order–No reason was given by revisional Court for reversing the order to this extent–Further, the revisional Court misdirected itself in holding that the trial Court was required to assign reasons for making the order of enhancement from the date of filing–Order of trial Court restored.
