Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006–Secs. 11 & 15–Criminal proceedings–Organising marriage is a sine qua non to constitute the offence under the Act–Engagement of a child, in any case, does not amount to an offence u/s. 11–FIR is liable to be quashed.
