Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13-B–Divorce by mutual consent–Parties decided to dissolve the marriage by mutual consent–All the criminal proceedings quashed in view of settlement and parties are given the liberty of file joint petition within fifteen days–Family Court will waive the statutory period.
