Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 24–Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Place of trial–In matrimonial proceedings, inconvenience and hardship of wife is to be given due credence and precedence and Courts are required to take a benevolent view while considering petition for transfer of case.
