Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 13, Rule 9–Scope–On an application being made by a party under the proviso to sub-Rule 1, the documents are necessarily returned if the application is in the proper form and the applicant is ready to comply with the conditions of substituting the certified copy of the document and undertaking to produce the original if required to do so.
