Compensation–Income Tax Return–High Court disagreed with the income tax return on the ground that the income tax return prior to 2008-09 was not filed–ITR of year 2008-09 reflects the income of deceased Rs. 1,18,261/- –Income tax return is a statutory document on which reliance can be placed where available for computation of annual income.
