Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994–Rule 80–Limitation for filing the election petition–Date of declaration of result would be excluded for computing the period of 30 days–Further, the date on which the limitation expires, happens to be a public holiday, the limitation would be extended on next day–Impugned order passed by Single judge is proper and justified.
