Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 125–Maintenance to daughter–Scope–Held, while dealing the case of maintenance for daughter, provisions of Sec. 20(3) of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act should be kept in mind–
Daughter is entitled to get maintenance till the date of marriage.
