Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003–Rule 34(1)(b), (2)–Election of petitioner was declared invalid and void–Justification–Petitioner is engaged in the business of automobiles whereas the respondent-Bank is engaged in the business of finance–Held, provisions of Rule 34(2) could not be attracted–Further, the petitioner was not given adequate opportunity of hearing by arbitrator–Order is violative to the principles of natural justice and deserves to be set aside.
