Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 8, Rule 1A(3)–Provision provides a second opportunity to the defendant to produce documents, which ought to have been produced in the Court along with written statement, subject to seeking leave of the Court–By virtue of such provision of law, discretionary power and jurisdiction rest and vest with the Court to grant or refuse such leave.
